These terms describe the rules for using ApnaCourse. ApnaCourse is a demo project and the text below is sample legal language for demonstration only — it is not legal advice and is not intended to create any real obligation.

1. Using ApnaCourse

You agree to use ApnaCourse lawfully and not to misuse the platform. “Misuse” includes attempting to bypass access controls, scraping content without permission, submitting harmful content, or impersonating another person.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3. Courses and content

Courses on ApnaCourse are created by tutors who are independent of the platform. Tutors own their content and license it to ApnaCourse for distribution. We review courses before they go live but do not guarantee that any course will meet your specific expectations.

You may use course content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly share course content without written permission from the tutor.

4. Payments

Course prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). This demo project does not process real payments. In a production version, payments would be handled by a regulated payment provider subject to applicable Indian law.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

6. Tutor applications

Submitting a tutor application does not guarantee that you will be invited to teach on ApnaCourse. We review each application and respond within a week.

7. Acceptable use of community features

• Be respectful. Personal attacks, harassment and hate speech are not tolerated.
• Stay on topic. Spam, self-promotion and unrelated links may be removed.
• Do not share another person’s personal information.
• Do not attempt to move transactions off the platform to avoid fees.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms. If you are a tutor, termination of your account does not change your content ownership; it affects how your content is distributed on the platform.

9. Disclaimers

ApnaCourse is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
